I think that this is my opportunity to vent. The seminar format for the online environment is a challenge at best. I have taken a few seminars in the face to face environment. For the most part in the face to face environment it simply means a greater workload for a shorter timeline. I guess I should have expected that the workload would increase for the last term. Needless to say I did not. I think that perhaps it would have been easier if one of the two courses were in seminar format rather than both. It was extremely difficult to keep up with the commentary while attempting to participate in two seminars at the same time.

I did not find that leading a seminar was as difficult as I thought it might have been. It was somewhat difficult to find unique resources. I am unsure how my fellow cohorts might feel about the seminar format. Let me state it plainly, the seminar format might be suited to adult learners, yet I am concerned that it might be quite a bit more strenous than many adult learners have the allocated educational resources to endure.

I should state that overall this program has been quite beneficial to my educational journey. I still don't know what role if any the future will hold for me in education. I do know that I now have some additional options.

Sorry to hear that the seminars didn't work well for you. It is a common format in graduate studies, and so I wanted to make sure that the program included it along with other approaches and projects.

Good luck with your career. Thanks for being a great student.
