Life roulette!

Got a moment to ponder in what has been a otherwise hectic day!

Everyone knows about Russian roulette.  Some may even know about the advanced version.  Two contestants.  A gun is loaded with one bullet.  The betting begins on the mortality likelihood. The cylinder is spun and with the barrel against the contestant's head the trigger is pulled. The gun does not go off the process is repeated with the second contestant. If neither contestant(excuse my bluntness) catches a bullet a second bullet is added and the process is repeated. So on and so forth until the chamber is full and well.... The process has only on outcome. That is a fatality! It is the same with life. There are people betting for and against you. All life ends in fatality!!! That being said the roulette is the interesting part. For example, swerve to miss a dog and hit a parked car instead. Wake up late and miss a major car accident. Strangle a coworker and acquire a roommate with shall we say homosexual tendencies! I believe we are only able to allocate our energy to this second/millisecond in time. However, in order to be the very best for this second we sometimes need to evaluate the future and the past seconds. Interesting quandary is it not? There are many age old adages. You made the bed now lie in it. If the shoe fits wear it. Make sure you have clean, hole free underwear on when you leave the house(Clean I get but holes, never really matters to me.I mean if someone unplanned is looking at my drawers I am pretty much past the point this matters.) I am going to throw in; Don't put your eggs all in one basket! c
