Freedom

It is funny about humans.  We all want to be free.  In some respect we are like animals. If we are caged long enough we begin to feel security or a certain attachment to the cage.  Yet all the while we hunger to be free! It simply becomes more difficult to escape "the chains that bind us".

I really believe that with debt it is much the same.  Actions are limited, freedom of movement may be taken away.  Stress can be overwhelming.  If a person is in debt and then for whatever reason cannot maintain the payments, they then are shunned.  It is like they become a societal leper.

I believe we are doing a serious disservice to our youth by not forcing them to follow a strict cash based living.

The next generation is already burdened by previous mistakes to allow history to repeat itself in this area is simply egregious!!!
