Day Two
Breakfast:
2 eggs scrambled add butter and salt to taste
2 slices toast with butter
Large glass unsweetened juice
1/2 lemon 1/4 grapefruit or 1/4 orange
Lunch:
Soup and fruit. (no bananas)
Large glass water
Dinner:
Soup and fruit. (no bananas)
Large glass water
Snack
Any combination of the following.
Large glass water
3 celery sticks
1 piece Melba toast
1/2 lemon
1/4 orange or 1/4 grapefruit
Exercise
10 minutes light stretching
3 sets of 20 leg lifts
Brisk walk 30 minutes
Optional add a weight lifting workout after a 10 - 15 minute cardio session
