Evaluation

Yesterday I get an E-mail stating that it is time for my evaluation.  I must give a history tour.  I have not had an evaluation since 2005.  As an employee there is no benefit to an evaluation.  No pay raise no atta boy nothing.  It simply a waste of time. 

My boss required that I provide him with a list of things that I have done since the last evaluation.  I mean seriously how many people can produce everything that they have accomplished in the last 6 years.  I mean really what were you thinking. 

My real thoughts are:  How can this be a fair, realistic, and accurate assessment of who I am as an employee.  Really!!!  I am frustrated!!!
