Hmmm! So annoying!!! However, it does seem much like the process of communication. Take a look!!!
Paraphrase:
Step1. Clear problem or wait for storm to pass.
Step2. Unplug for 10 seconds to 5 minutes.
Step3. Verify communication connections are complete.
Step4. Call someone.
I am adding a step 5.... Find something else to do... In this case it was suppose to be a bit of a break in the middle of my day. The advice holds true. Communicating issues? Steps 1-4 are not working? Try step 5. Simply do something else. At a later time you can try steps 1-4. This is exactly what I am about to do!!!
