Day Three

Breakfast:
Soup and vegetables (no dry beans, peas or corn),

Lunch:
Soup and vegetables (no dry beans, peas or corn),

Dinner:
Soup and vegetables (no dry beans, peas or corn),
Add a baked potato with butter.

Exercise:
Sometime today try to get in 2 20 minute brisk walks.  Your pace should be such that you can hold a conversation without too much effort.
Also, before bedtime try to get in a 20 minute stretch.
