O.k. with every good goal there must be a way to measure it's success. That means also there should be some accountability.
So here goes:
Day One fabulous I am right on track.
Day Two ooops busy day at work no soup prepared. So I improvised...
Breakfast right on point with diet
Lunch I went with about 1 1/2 cups potato cheese soup(what can I say best option I had).
Dinner chicken ramen noodles.
I also started my soup.
Exercise:
5 minute brisk walk to warm up.
Weight machines focused on back muscles(note I received guidance from a personal trainer on what and how to lift).
20 minute interval training on treadmill
Day Three
Breakfast egg and cheese biscuit.
Lunch I have my soup and plan to eat it.
There is my accountability!!!
