New Years Resolution!

I am not waiting.  I am doing my New Years resolution now.

The Diet!

Things must change.  I am modifying a few diets into 1.  Stay tuned:

More Exercise!

As you may have read I have been working with a personal trainer.  I want to bump it up a notch.  I will attempt to record my progress.

Those are the two I am going to focus on in this blog.
